I know a famous astro-numerologist. His articles are being published in various newspapers and magazines, and his speeches are broadcasted from radio channels. He appears on TV channels. He always presents number 8 as a bad and unlucky number.

He says, '8 is so bad number, it may create problems for you if you come under its contact. So you should never sit on seat number 8 in a bus, train, in a theater or elsewhere. You should always avoid this number'

He is not 'the only' numerologist or so called asronumerologist who presents number 8 in this way. In fact, most of the Chaldean numerologists and astrologers are doing the same business. Astrologers associate all the negative qualities of Saturn to number 8. No wonder that common people who get consultation from such numerologists or astrologers, or read their articles, hear their speeches will start to believe that 8 is really an unlucky or bad number.

But what is the reality? Is really the number 8 is a bad number?

As I have written in my article Which is the Better Number, According to Numerology? , no number is absolutely bad or absolutely good. All the Numbers have some good and some bad qualities. Number 8 is not an exception for this rule.

Number 8 has many great qualities. This number indicates that the person who was born on 8th, 17th or 26th of any month has great potentials of making money, managing funds, creating wealth and acquiring power in the field of their work. The people are great managers and strict administrators. They have a great quality of judging people. They are very compassionate at their heart. Royal behavior and high standard of living are their great qualities.

Like any other numbers, number 8 too has some negative qualities. These people may have some behavior problems (which occur because of their strictness). Many of them have raltionship problems. They may have an habit of procrastinating. They are misunderstood by others. But it doesn't mean that they are bad people or the number 8 is bad one.

Many great personalities were born on 8th, 17th or 26th , who are well known for their work. I would like to mention some of them here. They are: Mother Teresa, Nelson Mandela, Victor Hugo, George Bernard Shaw, John Davison Rockefeller, Elvis Presley, Stephen Hawking, Edward Jennar, Benjamin Franklin, Larry Page, Manmohan Singh, Javed Akhtar.

Edward Jennar, pioneer of Vaccination was born on 17th (Birth Number 8)

If you were born on 8th, 17th or 26th of any month, and if somebody tells you that your birth number 8 is bad or unlucky one, beware of such person as he/she do not know the facts, or he/she may have some hidden interests.

Afterall, no number is absolutely lucky or unlucky, good or bad, and each number has its unique greatness.
