I have a suggestion for you pick up a notebook take a few minutes out of your day to write about your day and your thoughts like a diary it's a good way to release feelings and oh emotions Write a letter to IRena tell her how you feel You really need to expose all your feelings and keep your notebook and write in it every day someday you will have just a few words and other days you'll have 10 pages but you will find in this notebook much comfort and peace.
