Hi All, Happy New Year . 2022 has been a good year for me post pandemic. And I am so much thankful for that.
I am proud to say that I had made progress on my 2022 resolutions. A Fifty percent progress is also a great deal for me.
Now I am looking forward to 2023 resolutions. I feel resolutions help put work into things that I always try to ignore or delay. I try to pick up trivial resolutions that help me be more happy and contribute to well being and learning. I never make big resolutions because obviously we dedicate our lives to those big goals.
So here is my list of 2023 resolutions. Let's have a drum roll.....
- 1. Continue Learning Japanese Language
- 2. Continue focus on fitness and weight loss
- 3.Read more books
- 4. Learn lots of dances
- 5. Do daily Journal
