A scene I have shared many times. The basic composition is more or less the same each time but the sky is always a little different and the addition of fog, some or a lot, makes the difference.

Another close to home location, often this is my destination when I am a bit tardy leaving the house. I met the farmer who hays this land and am pretty sure he'll not allow it to be developed. It's next to part of the Silvio O. Conte National Wildlife Refuge in Hadley, MA. which is a part of the huge refuge with many locations making up the whole along the Connecticut River's length with over 40,000 acres with the many properties. I am sure, should the farmer ever decide to sell the land, that it will someday become part of the refuge.
