Social Issues
First up we have episode 42 in the brilliant Black American History series with Clint Smith for Crash Course. In this episode Clint speaks about the discrimination black people faced and face in regards to the war on drugs. As always really informative.
Next up we have episode 43 in Crash Course's Black American History series with Clint Smith. In this episode, Clint speaks about politician Shirley Chisholm who was the first black woman elected to the United States Congress. Clint speaks about her work and life and how she was an amazing representative for black women. Another amazing episode and wonderful to learn about this amazing politician.
Drag
Next up we have episode 6 in No Gorge with Gottmik and Violet Chachki. In this episode they go to Goodwill thrift store to find materials to make Halloween costumes. Their outfits looked stunning. Another fun and great episode and having worked in and regularly shop in charity shops I loved that aspect of the episode.
Animals
Next we have a video from Voice Of America of a woman putting water on the hands and arms of a kangaroo after the Australian Wildfire. There is so much kindness from this woman towards this adorable, little kangaroo. It is such a beautiful moment to see.
Relaxation
Finally here is a Gratitude Meditation from the Jessica Heslop - Manifest by Jess YouTube channel. Really helpful and relaxing.
