Definitely something to aspire to isn't it ? Even though it won't happen over night it's something one can work towards ....

Here are some tips :
Don't complicate your life - If you miss someone call them, if you have a problem, find a solution instead of worrying about it, etc.
Trust yourself & the decisions you make & do your best without overthinking things.
Let go of things that are out of your control & rather focus on what you can control.
Stop expecting too much from yourself & others.
Live/be in the present. The past has passed & it cannot be undo & the future is yet to come & cannot be predicted.
Hold onto hope - it empowers you to move forward & to grow - even during difficult times.
