Post my personal Covid-19 episode and recovery, the arrival of Ramadan soon after, and celebrating the blessed Eid, I am feeling incredibly zombified. Physical health seems to be just right though I cannot say the same for my mental health. There is too much bustling in the headspace that I find hard to control.
So, as my own motivator I have to step up my game in trying to restore peace, no matter how difficult it may be. I might falter and fall, but I would always give my all.
So, how do I protect my peace this week?
Rest and more rest
Go in solitude
Self-motivate before leaving the bed
Increase on rememberance of Allah
Keep complaints to the absolute minimum
Look for the positive in the negative
This is my random list of what I am doing in helping myself to recenter. May it will also be helpful to you, if you need it some day.
