Sea Radish (Raphanus raphanistrum ssp. maritima) growing on the dunes at Swansea Bay this June. The small yellow 4-petalled flowers are typical of the Cabbage Family (Brassicaceae) to which it belongs. The seed pods are what makes it distinctive with up to 5 beaded segments. Apparently every part of this plant is edible and tastes - surprise, surprise - like radish with a hint of cabbage.
