Louie is a 10 year old, 4.5 lb Yorkie that we pulled from the Downey Shelter. He is a very sweet, precious boy. We have Louie in foster care and we have learned a few things about him. He has been good with the other little doggies in his foster home. His perfect match would be another tiny female senior, or he will be fine as an only dog too. Louie would appreciate an adult home and if there are kids, 12 and older please. He has a happy go lucky personality and is completely housebroken. He sleeps in his doggie bed throughout the night and is a great eater. He loves his food and he can be vocal during food prep time. He eats with no issues. Louie is good during grooming time and we can tell that he has been groomed throughout his life, he is very tolerant.
Louie really has no issues. He loves to just bee bop around the back yard and enjoys sunbathing. He is not fond of walks, he would rather be a home body or be carried around in a purse, pouch or doggie pack. At 10 yrs old and 4.5 lbs, he does not have the stamina for walks. We would love for Louie to find Yorkie savvy family, they are needy and can be demanding.

Louie has seen the vet, has good blood work and had a dental with the remainder of his teeth extracted. Louie's best match would be a homeowner with a house, condo, or townhome environment. He goes to the door to be let out for potty. He does not know what a pee pad is
