Every couple of months, the bar will reinvent itself, taking on a new theme, with new decor, and even a new menu. If you're wondering what its most recent theme is--it's Lord of the Rings. As for what comes next, it's anyone's guess. Located inside Rooster's House of Ramen, this bar sits behind a faux brick wall, adding further allure and mystery to this already exciting establishment.

Brooklyn's on Boulder Street is the pure definition of a speakeasy bar - it's hard to find, makes you wonder if you're even in the right place, and surprises you when you finally make it in. Located in what appears to be a haberdashery or men's clothing store, the entrance to the bar is through an employees-only door. Offering a close, intimate atmosphere, stylish decor, and some of the finest mixed drinks made by bartenders straight out of Brooklyn, this unassuming bar is definitely more exciting than it may appear at first glance.
