Today I would like to introduce you to a vegan recipe:

Vegan omelette with potatoes and vegetables.

Simmer the vegetables and potatoes in a pot for about 17 minutes. During this time, prepare the vegan omelette.

125 grams silken tofu
1 small onion (chop)
50 grams vegan bacon or smoked tofu
1 avocado
A little kukuma (to make it look nice and yellow)
A little Kala Namak (Indian black salt), as needed.

Mash everything in a bowl with a fork, then add to the pan, fry on high heat until golden-yellow.
