Well, that was a brief hiatus. I was on my way to Northern Maine when I stopped in Freeport for gas and heard a rubbing sound. I got out and nothing was under the car but it sounded like I was dragging a trash can. It was worse when I used the brakes so there it was. I turned around and headed home. Loss so far, one day of work, 8 hours of driving, and two tanks of gas as well as a lost opportunity to visit with friends and see a moose or two. My Subaru dealer couldn't see the car for two weeks so I called our local Midas. They are knocking it out today but the price tag? $1850. I doubt that the dealer would have been a better deal. One caliper was sort of okay but everything else gonzo. We're doing that caliper too while at it. Bummer. At least Bentley and I get to sleep in our own bed together tonight. And Mary Beth doesn't have to get up at 2:30 a.m. to let him out. 🙂

So with Frog Friday covered here is a Fog Friday image. No break for you from me after all.  🙂
