Visitors to Sabino Canyon were pleased to see water in the creek, the first time since the spring.

The water for now is flowing over the Bear Canyon low-water crossing.

Water is also going over the low-water crossing below the Sabino Canton dam.

We are currently on an east coast road trip, while back in Tucson, the monsoon season continues creating flash flood conditions. In August 2014, we had heavy downpours in Sabino Canyon. Since I'm not in Tucson, and there will not be posting rushing Sabino creeek waters, I'm reblogging that post. -- kenne
