I'd driven right by the interstate exit to Barstow a lot, but never thought about getting off the highway to see what the town might have to offer. Now, of course, I realized that all these years are just a series of missed opportunities to make photos of a place that's disappearing.

But at least I got there while the Presbyterian church was still there...
