[New post] Added Sugars Hide in #Food Than You May Think! Here’s an illustration of how sugars can really add up in processed foods- even foods you may have thought to be healthier or ‘#lowsugar’. Now there’s nothing wrong with treating yourself to these foods on occasion, but consuming them regularly can really add up. Added sugars can become addicting, leading your #body to crave more of these foods. That’s why I recommend going for your fav #fruit when you feel a sweet tooth coming on.
