The summer has truly arrived and the forest is filled with lush vegatation and many different insects. One of my favorite things this time of year is spotting dragonflies along the rivers and I found this lovely area with vivid blue dragonflies, along a flowing river in the forest, in Mayenne (France).
The dragonflies were attracted to the warmth of the sun shining through the trees and seemed to prefer this spot over the cooler areas, which made them easy to spot while the sunlight brightens their color.
Enjoy the ambience of this forest scene, and relax with the sounds of the flowing water. It is great to calm down with, for meditation and for increasing your focus when you are studying.
