These melt in your mouth apple fritters are delicious and low in Calories. Truvia's 0 calorie icing sugar is amazing and tastes exactly like regular icing sugar. Since buying I feel like my dessert life has gotten 10 times better!

Preheat oven to 400. Dice apple. In a medium bowl mix together oat flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon.

Whisk in Milk and eggs. Fold in apples. Evenly distribute mix into 6 sprayed muffin tins. Bake for 10 mins

Remove and place in Air Fryer. Set to 400 and fry for 5 mins then flip over and fry for 4 more mins. While cooking Melt butter for the glaze. Whisk in icing sugar and vanilla. Place cooked fritters on cooling rack and pour icing over each one. Allow to harden and serve.

If you dont have an airfryer leave in oven for 10 more mins and broil for 1 min to crisp the top a little.

  • 1/4 cup of vanilla unsweetened almond milk
  • 30 grams of egg whites
  • 1 Honey Crisp apple diced
