I have been craving cheesecake and this delicious recipe hit the spot! The cake is 8 equal scoops weighing 75 grams at 111 calories per serving!

In a bowl mix cool whip, cream cheese (softened in microwave), greek yogurt, sweetener and vanilla. Spread in a pie dish.

Put the graham crackers in a baggie and squish the crackers into crumbs. Spread evenly on top of cream mixture. Put the frozen strawberries in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 1:45 mins. When finished mash into a syrup with a fork.

Gently spread strawberry syrup on top of graham cracker crumble. Place in fridge for 1 hour before serving. Tip: Weigh the empty pie dish before starting then subtract the weight from the final weight of finished cake. Divide that by 8 to have 8 equal servings.
