2 Corinthians 6:14
Warning against Pagan Influences
Do not try to work together as equals with unbelievers, for it cannot be done. How can right and wrong be partners? How can light and darkness live together?
2 Chronicles 20:35, 37
At one time King Jehoshaphat of Judah made an alliance with King Ahaziah of Israel, who did many wicked things.
But Eliezer son of Dodavahu, from the town of Mareshah, warned Jehoshaphat, "Because you have made an alliance with Ahaziah, the LORD will destroy what you have built." And the ships were wrecked and never sailed.
If you are a businessman or a leader, do not partner or make an alliance with an unbeliever, or a wicked person. Surely, your business will fail horribly, or your project will never flourish. You will suffer with your deals, and will be destroyed.
It is also better not to marry an unbeliever, or you will be influenced by your wife or husband, and turn away from God. Just like what happened with king Solomon. However, if God commanded you to marry an unbeliever, then you should obey God just like with prophet Hosea. Hosea's wife was unfaithful, but later turned to God. What a happy ending I think!
